The articulated arm allows a very small footprint workcell to be created. The arm provides a superior reach (300 mm) to access liquid handler decks and retracts to clear peripheral equipment.

The automate.it scara has a choice of integrated storage options (including; 'Last In First Out' stacks, random access racks and carousels) allowing anywhere between 1 and 300 plates to be automatically processed; as well as the ability to integrate with third party equipment such as LiCONiC and Thermo Cytomat.

Plates can be processed with and without lids, instruments may be loaded in either portrait or landscape orientation, mixed labware can be used.

Whether you are implementing a loading system for a single instrument or a complex assay, the automate.it scara is an effective solution.

Adding Overlord scheduling and control software, provides the ability to integrate the automate.it scara with other instrumentation including; barcode readers, incubators, plate readers and liquid handlers. Overlord has over 350 instrument drivers to enable you to create a complete solution for sample processing.
