 The SonicMan is an ultrasonic device designed for
shearing DNA samples directly in a microplate. The new and
improved SonicMan will bring your next generation sequencing to
the next level.
*Maintains isothermal sample conditions throughout
sonication.
*Unlike enzyme based digestion, random fragments
are generated - suitable for the sequencing of large genomes.
*Sonication is a quick and simple process compared
with hydrodynamic shearing.
*Other applications include:
-Resuspension of stored
compounds in HTS
-Resolubilization
of compounds in synthesis

SQUIRT Microplate Washer
Automation friendly SQUIRT, multi-format
microplate washer, boasts a unique slit manifold design that ensures
gentle washing of cellular monolayer without cell removal associated
with conventional probe based washers. User intervention for fitting and re-alignment between
microplate format changes is no longer necessary because SQUIRT
accomodates all SBS formatted plates (96, 384 and 1536). SQUIRT
performs both ELISA and cell-based assays.
