Featured Product - RackScan 2D Barcoded Reader

The Wildcat RackScan decodes 2D bar coded tubes.
Compatible with all 2D barcoded tubes from all major manufacturers in
96 rack format. Fast scan and decode time for rack of 96 tubes. Quick
warm-up time. Excellent image quality and depth of focus. Easy to use with
a wide variety of data capture options with a simple and intuitive
Graphical User Interface; results can be viewed directly or integrated
with other applications. (ODBC connectivity for database integration).
Direct data output to Excel.
The “no tube” feature gives the ability to
discriminate between a tube with a barcode that cannot be decoded and a
rack position with no tube. The system will not attempt to decode empty
tube positions and data files are kept “clean” as wasted data entry is
avoided, leading to faster rack reading.
Confused about the ability to read 2D barcode tubes
straight from the freezer? The Wildcat RackScan has an “optional”
integral frost reduction system that allows multiple racks to be
reliably read straight from freezer. Multiple racks can be read without
the build-up of frost or condensation on the underside of the glass.
Unlike some other companies, Wildcat can supply you
with the reader, tracking software, anti condensation capability and
also 2d barcoded tubes... i.e. the whole package…
