paa have moved to a web based technical support system. Traditionally you, the customer, would phone or email the person you know and usually they would be able to give you support.

paa now have a new website paa.helpserve.com that you can ensure that you can reach your favorite support engineer wherever they are in the world or another engineer to cover vacations. In addition, paa management are notified automatically of unanswered queries that are taking a long time to resolve, so that additional resources can be deployed to solve YOUR problem.

How to use helpserve for the first time

Click paa.helpserve.com and enter your login details in the panel as shown below.

This dialog box allows you to:

• login by entering your email and password
• recover your forgotten password with the [Lost Password] option
• use the remember me option
• view the latest technical news

Once you have logged in, you have access to the ticket system. The ticket system allows you to solve an issue that you may have with your paa automation system which may relate to either hardware or software. There is a knowledge base that allows you to see if you problem has been seen before. If not, the system allows you to enter the issue that you have identified, and follow the progress of the solution to the issue. All our Overlord software and 405 instrument drivers to control equipment from 127 manufacturers are available for download.

Submit a ticket: enter a new issue that you would like to resolve. Please enter as much information and submit as many log files that you have to assists us rectify the problem. The problem is emailed immediately to the duty engineer and the senior engineer for immediate action.
