the new support system

paa support index paa have moved to a web based technical support system. Traditionally you, the customer, would phone or email the person you know and usually they would be able to give you support.

we now have a new website paa.helpserve.com that you can ensure that you can reach your favourite support engineer wherever they are in the world or another engineer to cover vacations. In addition, paa senior management are notified automatically of unanswered queries and queries that are taking a long time to resolve, so that additional resources can be deployed to solve YOUR problem.
