The stacks come in two sizes. The stacks are removable from the base, allow access from both sides and present the plates in the portrait orientation.

The racks come in two sizes. The stacks are racks from the base, allow access from both sides and present the plates in the portrait orientation. These racks can accommodate lids.

Stack bases are used to accurately place the stack and racks in the work area of the robot.

The stack bases are mounted with a sprung loaded clip that ensures that the racks/stacks are located correctly, and therefore can be accessed by the robot reliably.

The stack bases can be fitted with a number of modifications:

• blue lights that confirm that the rack/stack is located correctly (blue light on = correctly located)
• switches that have a signal that can be fed back to the controlling computer for Overlord3 to determine that the rack/stacks bases are located correctly.
