Mitsubishi Robot Range |
| |
The Mitsubishi range of robots is the most accurate and cost effective robot solution available. The Mitsubishi robots are very powerful, and under European legislation have to be caged and screened to prevent user access during robot handling operations.
The mean time between failure (MTBF) for these robots is quoted at well over 10 years, and in use, PAA have never have a robot service call for mechanical or electronic robot failure. The only failure mode we have experienced is the on board memory backup batteries being drain flat when the robot is left turned off for an extended period of time. |
| |
| Currently, PAA offer the following robots for laboratory use: |
Mitsubishi RV-1A, this robot is rated at 1kg, which is well within the requirements of a laboratory system. PAA have used this robot in our automate.it SAFEcel laboratory automation workcells where additional dexterity is required but reach is not an issue.
| |
Mitsubishi RV-2AJ, this robot is rated at 1.5kg, which is well within the requirements of a laboratory system. PAA have used this robot extensively in our automate.it SAFEcel laboratory automation workcells.
| |
Mitsubishi RV-3SJB, this robot is rated at 3kg, which is well within the requirements of a laboratory system. PAA have used this robot extensively in our automate.it SAFEcel laboratory automation workcells where speed, dexterity and robot reach are required.
This robot is part of the new generation of Mitsubishi robots that can be modeled with Solidworks. Full integration can be determined before the system is built. More information ... |
