The Flash-MiniSorter featured above is a tabletop tube sorting station. The MiniSorter can be configured to sort a variety of small tubes as follows:

• Bulk input to tray output (note trays are also know as carriers and tube-racks)
• Tray input to tray output
• Tray input to shipper/box/envelope output

Flash-Mini systems are modular, allowing reconfiguration of them to suit your exact process. For high-throughput applications, multiple units may be placed in-line, connected by conveyors, with each version performing a different function. Vial/tube based versions are especially well suited for clinical laboratory based processes (blood, urine, tissue and other diagnostic samples) and pharmaceutical/biotech applications involving reagent handling. Order preparation is another common use. Work lists can be downloaded from the customers LIMS/Database/Network, or simply use an Excel spread sheet, to guide the MiniSorter function.
